A message to our customers regarding COVID-19 - CentroMotion

CentroMotion, its employees, and management team are continuing to monitor and develop contingency plans for responding to COVID-19 and the effects it has on the supply chain. CentroMotion has and continues to engage its key vendors to try and get out in front of any delays, shortages, or other supply chain issues.

Due to newly implemented government mandates, we are currently experiencing disruptions in our supply chain, as certain non-essential businesses are currently not being supported. We are doing everything possible to address issues as they arise and will continue to communicate updates to our customers. Additionally, we will continue to work closely with our global supply chain to monitor any impact to your current or future orders. Our sales, operations, and customer service teams remain committed to providing a high level of customer service during these difficult times. CentroMotion is committed to the health and safety of its employees and continues to monitor the information being distributed by the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and local governments. CentroMotion is attempting to conduct business as usual while cleaning and sanitizing regularly, limiting the personnel in our facilities, eliminating all non-essential travel, and asking all sick or symptomatic employees to stay at home. We will work with customers individually to assess if travel is needed in order to continue to provide excellent service. Please know CentroMotion will do it’s very best to communicate any changes and will aim to diminish their impact to its customers.
